Personal information about our newsletter subscribers resides on Apok's managed servers ("Apok server"). This data is only accessed by Apok if required in order to provide technical support, and is kept strictly confidential.

When subscribing to Apok's newsletter, you must provide us with your email address in order for us to send our newsletters to you on a monthly basis. If you are filling out the Request for Info form or Request for Quote to find out more about our Internet solutions, we also require you to provide us with your name, in order for us to personalize our communications with you. Request for Quote users must also fill in other required fields in order to provide you with accurate information. All other fields are optional.

Information That Does Not Identify You

Apok collects certain technical information from your computer's Web browser, or Internet device when you visit www.apoktechnology.com on the Internet. This information includes the amount of time spent on the site by a visitor with a unique Internet identifier, the pages visited and returned to, the operating system, and Web browser used, the referrer website and any keywords used to find our site on a search website. These server logs do not contain any personal information and can only be accessed by Apok. Server log files are used solely to track visits to our website and improve the experience, content and layout of our site. Apok makes no attempt to link this traffic information to the individuals visiting our website.

Disclosure & Retention Of Your Information

The personal information you provide to us through our site is NEVER disclosed to any third party. We do not sell, trade or share any of your personal information with any other organizations. If you have subscribed to Apok's newsletter, your email address and other information that you have provided to us is kept as long as you are a subscriber. If you have signed up for an e-business seminar, your organization and personal information will be kept in our Web server database for a period of one year or removed before the launch of our following years e-business seminars - which ever time period is sooner.

In the event that you choose to unsubscribe to Apok's newsletter(s), your information will be immediately deleted from our database, and you will no longer receive any information from Apok. However, residual information about you may remain in back-up files temporarily. Back-ups of our newsletter subscriber databases occur nightly and weekly. Weekly back-ups are overwritten such that information older than one week is permanently destroyed and irretrievable.
